Agreement on the Use of Software Products and Applications Located on the Websites

Visitor — a person who visits the Website without the purpose of placing an Order or using the Services.

User — an individual, the owner of personal data, a Website visitor who accepts the terms of this Agreement and has completed the Registration procedure on the Website.

Buyer — a User who has placed an Order on the Website.

Order — a completed request by the Buyer to purchase Products and Services selected on the Website

Registration – the process of filling out forms on the Website related to providing the Visitor’s personal data to the extent necessary to use the UC.Tecnology Services.

Seller — UC Technology, whose Products and Services are posted on the Website.

Services — provision of technical support for UC Technology Products.

Products – software developed by UC Technology and presented on the Website at the address in the information and telecommunications network “Internet” https://uc.technology

 

General Provisions

 

If the User does not agree with this Agreement, the User must immediately stop using the Website and leave it. By using the Website, Products and Services, as well as the information posted on the Website, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

The terms of sale of Products and Services, prices, as well as information about Products and Services presented on the Website, are for informational and advisory purposes only and do not constitute a public offer.

 

Subject of the Agreement

 

The subject of this Agreement is to provide the User with the opportunity to use and/or purchase, for their own needs, including those related to business activities, the Products and Services provided by UC.Technology.

The Agreement applies to all types of Products and Services presented on the Website for as long as such offers with descriptions are available on the Website.

 

Order Placement

 

An Order is placed by the Website Visitor / Buyer by filling out the Order registration form on the Website, by the Buyer placing an Order without authorization on the Website, or from the moment an Order is accepted from the Buyer by phone at +7 (495) 108-69-15 / +7 (499) 130-00-53 (multi-channel) and/or by email at info@uc.technology.

 

The agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer pays for such agreement.

 

By providing the Seller with their email address / phone number, the Visitor/User/Buyer consents to the use of these means of communication by the Seller, as well as by third parties engaged by the Seller for the purpose of fulfilling obligations to Visitors/Users/Buyers, for sending advertising and informational messages containing information about discounts, upcoming and current promotions and other events of the Seller, as well as other information directly related to the fulfillment of the Buyer’s obligations under this Agreement.

 

UC.Technology provides informational support for the concluded agreement in relation to its performance.

 

Registration on the Websites

 

Registration on the Websites is carried out by filling out registration forms:

for individual registration and corporate group registration https://ucmeet.chat, https://ucmeet.org

 

Registration on the Website is not required to place an Order.

 

UC.Technology is not responsible for the accuracy or correctness of the information provided by the User during registration.

 

The User undertakes not to disclose to third parties the login and password specified by the User during registration. If the User has any concerns regarding the security of their login and password or the possibility of their unauthorized use by third parties, the User undertakes to immediately notify UC.Technology by sending the corresponding email to: support@uc.technology

 

Communication between the User/Buyer and call-center operators / chat managers or other representatives of UC.Technology must be based on generally accepted principles of morality and communication etiquette. The use of obscene language, profanity, offensive expressions, as well as threats and blackmail, is strictly prohibited regardless of the form in which they are expressed or to whom they are addressed.

 

Order Procedure

 

The Buyer’s Order is placed in accordance with the procedures specified on the Website according to the type of Order being placed.

 

The Buyer bears full responsibility for providing incorrect information that results in the Seller being unable to properly fulfill its obligations to the Buyer.

 

After the Visitor places an Order on the Website, the manager handling that Order clarifies the details of the Order and agrees on the terms of its fulfillment.

 

Confidentiality and Information Protection

 

The personal data of the User/Buyer is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

Liability

 

UC.Technology is not liable for damage caused to the Buyer as a result of using the provided Products/Services.

  • UC.Technology is not responsible for the compatibility of recommended equipment. Recommendations are based on the results of UC.Technology’s internal testing of a specific equipment sample with a specific version of the Product, which may differ from those used by the User.
  • UC.Technology is not responsible for the content or operation of external websites.
  • UC.Technology is not responsible for the actions of third parties on other domains, although it may link to them.

 

Term of the Agreement

 

This Agreement enters into force from the moment the Website Visitor/Buyer begins using the Website and remains in effect until terminated by either party.

 

The User / Buyer has the right to terminate the agreement unilaterally by sending a request to delete registered accounts to the UC.Technology email address and, at the same time, notifying UC.Technology in writing of the termination of the Agreement.

 

UC.Technology may unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the User / Buyer has violated the terms of the Agreement, as well as in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

 

Additional Terms

 

The prices indicated on the Websites for UC.Technology products apply only to residents of the Russian Federation. Residents of other countries should contact +7 (495) 108-69-15 and/or email info@uc.technology to clarify current prices and methods for ordering this product.

 

UC.Technology has the right to assign or otherwise transfer its rights and obligations arising from its relationship with the Buyer to third parties.

 

The Website and services provided by UC.Technology may be temporarily partially or completely unavailable due to maintenance or other work, or for any other technical reasons. The technical service of UC.Technology has the right to periodically carry out necessary maintenance or other work with or without prior notice to Buyers.

 

The Agreement may be amended by UC.Technology unilaterally without notice to the User/Buyer. The new version of the Agreement enters into force from the moment it is published on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the terms of this Agreement.

 

The relationship between the User/Buyer and UC.Technology is governed by the provisions of Russian law.

 

If the User/Buyer has any questions or claims, they must contact UC.Technology by phone or by any other available method. The claim procedure for dispute resolution is mandatory. A claim must be made in writing and sent to UC.Technology. The period for reviewing a written claim is 30 (thirty) calendar days. The parties will try to resolve all arising disputes through negotiations; if no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority at the location of UC.Technology in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

 

Recognition by a court of the invalidity of any provision of this Agreement shall not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.
